  2. Strong leadership: A good manager inspires and motivates their team to perform at their best, providing direction and support to achieve success.

  3. Strategic thinking: A good manager is able to identify priorities and make decisions that align with the goals of the organization.

  4. Flexibility and adaptability: A good manager is able to navigate change and adapt to new situations, remaining calm and focused under pressure.

  5. Empathy and emotional intelligence: A good manager understands and values their team members, recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, and providing support as needed.

  6. Accountability: A good manager takes responsibility for their actions and decisions, and holds themselves and their team accountable for meeting goals and delivering results.
